Black Sun Global, Stratton Craig and Primark have been shortlisted in the 2026 Digital Impact Awards for their work on Primark’s Sustainability and Ethics Progress Report, recognised in the Best Online Annual Report category.

In 2025, Primark’s reporting team set out to rethink how its sustainability story is experienced, moving beyond a static PDF to a digital-first microsite designed to engage both general and specialist audiences, reach new stakeholders and build trust.

The result is a more dynamic, user-led experience that brings together data, storytelling and intuitive navigation in one coherent platform. Designed to meet the needs of diverse audiences, the microsite makes Primark’s sustainability progress easier to explore while providing a more flexible foundation for managing and updating content year on year.

Now in its 2026 edition, the Digital Impact Awards celebrate excellence in corporate digital communications, recognising organisations that combine creativity, clarity and strategic purpose to strengthen stakeholder engagement.

We’re proud to see this collaborative work recognised, showcasing what Black Sun Global, Stratton Craig and Primark can achieve together as part of the Positive Change Group.
