Looking ahead to the first two
PISCES liquidity events this month

JP Jenkins, the UK electronic trading platform and venue for buying and selling shares in unlisted or private companies, this week announced via RNS that it will conduct the first ever PISCES liquidity event by providing a trading facility for its client QPLAY, the UK board‑games manufacturer.

JP Jenkins will host the first liquidity event under the PISCES legislation on 18 March 2026.  The second event, hosted by the London Stock Exchange, will follow on 25 March, featuring investment company Tradable Private Equity, a vehicle that holds shares in the life sciences venture capital firm Oxford Science Enterprises.

In its RNS announcement, JP Jenkins welcomed the launch of PISCES, noting that it enables successful, growing British companies and their investors to have direct, transparent access to secondary markets.

“Providing liquidity options for privately held or unlisted companies is seen as a key route to strengthening the UK economy. It allows founders and early‑stage investors to make controlled, partial exits, facilitates the recycling of capital, and also offers a valuable alternative to trade sales and IPOs,” it said.

Here at Black Sun we look forward to following to the next steps in the development of this market.  As corporate reporting and communications specialists, we would be delighted to support companies seeking to share some or all of their core disclosures required for trading on PISCES with wider audiences, particularly given the heightened profile that participation in a PISCES trading event is likely to provide.

If you would like to find out more about how we could help you to better leverage your disclosures or tell your equity story please get in touch with Bob at bcrosbie-dawson@blacksun-global.com
