IPF are a global financial services company playing a vital role in the lives of millions of people by providing unsecured, affordable credit and great-value insurance products, in a responsible way.

The Challenge

IPF wanted a new website that would be at the heart of their communication strategy. They wanted to clearly articulate their purpose of building a better world through financial inclusion, and evidence the value they create for each of their stakeholder groups.

The Solution

Black Sun worked closely with IPF to design and create a new website with a narrative and engaging approach, where the high-level navigation and key content pages reinforced the narrative.

‘Who we are’ articulated the approach of building a better world. As a purpose led company, communicating the social value is key, so ‘creating social value’ is dedicated to explaining their approach to sustainability, focus areas and outcomes.

Their strategy is brought to life through their customer and representatives stories evidencing the importance of their people to success and sharing a series of real-life examples of building a better world through financial inclusion.

The results have been transformational.
