Black Sun has made its latest strategic hire, appointing Harriet Rumball as Investor and ESG Communications Director. Rumball joins the Consultancy and Knowledge Team with immediate effect and will focus on helping clients to navigate the increasing expectations to incorporate sustainability and ESG related issues into their decision-making, both strategically and operationally.
Harriet is a successful senior corporate reporting and ESG adviser with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and financial communications. Over the last three years she has specialised in investor engagement and ESG communications.
Harriet has spent the majority of her career in financial public relations, latterly at FTI international, advising a broad range of small, mid-cap and FTSE 100 companies in corporate reporting, M&A and IPOs.
Working closely with our Insight & Engagement Director, Sallie Pilot, and joining forces with Black Sun’s other Investor, ESG and Sustainability Directors, Harriet will be advising clients on strategic messaging, ESG and governance best practice in relation to their reporting and broader corporate communications with investors and wider stakeholders.
