We’re excited to share that Black Sun Global is now a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), marking a significant milestone in our commitment to sustainability.  This membership is a key step in our strategy and reinforces our dedication to responsible business practices across all our operations around the world.

The UNGC is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, advocating for sustainable and socially responsible policies. By joining, we commit to its principles in human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption. This means incorporating the ten principles of the Global Compact into our strategies, policies and procedures, holding ourselves to account in establishing a culture of integrity and upholding our responsibilities to both people and planet.

By joining, we commit to its principles in human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption.

The affiliation also offers us a platform to collaborate with global leaders in sustainability, ensuring we stay at the forefront of responsible business practices.

This year, Black Sun marked another milestone in our sustainability initiatives by becoming one of 215 UK signatories to the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles, underpinning our commitment to women’s empowerment. Women represent 58% of our global workforce, reinforcing our belief in fostering a more inclusive and sustainable company, where everyone can thrive.
