Communications and the Covid-19 pandemic - Speaking at the C&F Conference

We were proud to join Communicate Magazine's Corporate and Financial Conference as a sponsor for 2021. 

This year, the focus of the conference focussed on how companies are engaging with their stakeholders: the press, investors, employees, regulators, the supply chain and the communities that they're operating in. 

The conference took place on 18 May and was a free-to-attend event providing businesses with a unique opportunity to share best practice, explore upcoming changes and learn from experiences of city-focused communications professionals.

We were excited to take part in the conference this year and sponsor a session on Communications and the Covid-19 pandemic, led by our own Chief Digital Officer, Richard Dixon.

Our client, Rav Punia, VP - Marketing Communications at Inmarsat joined Richard in the panel discussion on stakeholder communications and how organisations need to connect and engage with wider society, especially in a post-Covid world.

In this session, panellists discussed the reinforcement of the stakeholder communications imperative and how honest internal communications has become even more vital to employees. We learned about the various communications trends that have been amplified by the pandemic, including the rise of stakeholder capitalism and a changing reporting landscape.
