Black Sun in the news

Jeremie Guillerme, our lead corporate reputation consultant, featured in two publications this month sharing his thoughts on today’s communicators and corporate culture.
Looking at the evolving role of communicators, Jeremie shares his insights in The rise of the amidextrous function, featured in the Communications Director. From our Navigating Social Acceptance research conducted earlier this year it is evident that communicators need to stretch from strategic thinking to tactical delivery.
The business of culture, which appeared in the Board Agenda, highlights the importance of fostering the ‘right’ corporate culture and aligning what organisations do to what they say.
Additionally, Board Agenda also covered the Value of value research: Purpose beyond profit. A collaborative research piece conducted by Black Sun, AICPA, CIMA and IIRC. The research concludes that executives globally agree on the increasing value of understanding and communicating their organisation’s value creation potential in order to build relationships with all stakeholders, enhance decision making and improve integrated thinking.
