Black Sun, an international market leader in stakeholder communications, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Uantchern Loh as CEO for the Asia Pacific region.   Prior to joining Black Sun, Uantchern was the founding Chief Executive of the Singapore Accountancy Commission, a statutory body under the Ministry of Finance tasked to develop and lead initiatives in transforming Singapore into the leading global accountancy hub.  In the four years with the Commission, Uantchern spearheaded programmes for the development of Chartered Accountants of Singapore, CFOs, Internal Audit Leadership, and Chartered Valuers & Appraisers of Singapore,

Uantchern will be based in the Singapore office and will lead the Black Sun regional team in the delivery of exciting new stakeholder communications solutions.
