The Sunday Times recognise Black Sun with Award
Black Sun is proud to be ranked 58 out of the top 100 of the UK’s Best Small Companies to work for on their first entry into the Sunday Times awards.
The Sunday Times Best Companies rating is achieved purely on the opinions of the employee’s within an organisation which looks at a varying set of criteria from employee confidence in the board, employee personal development to the service the company provides to their clients.
The results of the survey show that Black Sun employees are positively glowing about the company where 93% say it provides a great service to its clients and 88% (and a top 10 result) say that it gives them an experience of work that is invaluable for their future. Where 87%, and another top 10 score, of employees feel they can make a difference in the organisation and a further 85% say their jobs are good for personal growth.
