Latest client work update: Thomas Cook’s 2009 online Annual Report

The Digital Communications team at Black Sun have today launched Thomas Cook’s 2009 online Annual Report, engaging investors and stakeholders via this interactive platform.

This year’s report introduces Thomas Cook’s vision of going ‘further to make dreams come true’ by using a lifestyle approach to the photography to bring alignment with their retail brands, interactively explaining the key elements of their strategy and showing how their PROUD values underpin everything they do.

The online report was created simultaneously with the printed report to ensure both communications were closely aligned and that the duplication of work was minimised at every stage. Prominent links to the retail and corporate sites are provided as well as other relevant links within the report to help users navigate to supporting information.

Henry Sanford, Digital Client Services Director comments, “This is our second year working with Thomas Cook and we feel this year’s report has taken another step forward in enhancing their corporate reporting both offline and online. The easy navigation and access to those areas of interest within the online report enables the user to feel more engaged with Thomas Cook’s key messages and values. Links to their retail and corporate sites gives the reader the full Thomas Cook online experience.”
