At the 10th ICSA Awards Ceremony Black Sun's clients had a great evening at the Hilton on Park Lane enjoying success.

The ICSA awards celebrates excellence in governance and annual reporting, rewarding individuals, companies and teams for their hard work throughout the year. Black Sun was fortunate to have two successful clients this year, The Sage Group and Hammerson.

Sage’s company secretary, Miranda Craig was awarded the coveted Company Secretary of the Year, excelling in the governance and company secretarial practise category.

Hammerson was successful in two categories, winning Remuneration Report of the Year and Annual Report of the Year for FTSE 250.

Black Sun was also lucky enough to have two other clients recognised, with Croda International shortlisted for the Board Disclosure of the Year. We are very proud to work with so many clients that strive for excellence in their governance and annual reports.
