Holidays

Upon joining, you’ll be eligible for 25 days’ holiday per year (pro-rated if you join mid-year). Additional discretionary ‘bonus’ days are awarded for long service at Black Sun, enabling you to take advantage of a maximum of 27 days of holiday.

Group Personal Pension Plan

After three months’ at Black Sun, you will be enrolled on the Company’s group personal pension scheme, which is a great way to save for your retirement. The Company will contribute 3% of salary to the pension scheme and you will need to contribute a minimum of 5%.

Season Ticket Loan

To help you manage the costs of travel in London, following 6 months at the company you can apply for an interest-free loan to pay for an annual season ticket, which will allow you to take advantage of the savings of an annual travel card. 

Cycle to Work

This is a fantastic way to get a bicycle and accessories to use to commute to work, whilst spreading the cost over 12 months and taking advantage of the tax savings via payroll. This benefit is available after 6 months in the company.

Early Finish Fridays

We work hard all week, so provided there are no client deadlines, everyone can head off from 4.30pm on Fridays and get an early start to their weekend.
